Data collected

When you use the contact form, we collect:

  • your first and last name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
  • the type of your request and the content of your message.

To protect the form against abuse, a non-reversible technical identifier derived from your IP address is used temporarily. Your IP address is not stored in plain text.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your request and preparing a proposal: on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
  • Ensuring the security of the website (preventing spam and abuse): on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for authorised staff of Royal Eagle Africa and its Beautiful Afrika agency. It may be processed by our technical service providers, strictly within the limits of their assignments. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.

Retention period

  • Contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange.
  • Anti-abuse technical data: deleted automatically on expiry, normally within 24 hours.

Cookies and third-party services

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. A technical session cookie (‘ba_session’) is set only on the Contact page to secure the form; it is deleted when you close your browser.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google. Some illustrative photographs are loaded from the Unsplash service, which also receives your IP address.

Online booking for RESET 2027 takes place on a third-party website (ayoowo.com), which is subject to its own privacy policy.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, your exchanges are subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@royaleagleafrica.bj.

You may also lodge a complaint with Benin's data protection authority, the Autorité de Protection des Données à caractère Personnel (APDP).
